1) What Kind of printers do you have?

Here at XObanners.com we have over $1 million dollars worth of printing hardware. We currently have a NUR Expedio, a Vutek QS series hyrid, along with multiple HP, Mutoh, and Seiko printers. We have the capacity to print over 3,000 square feet per hour, and sometimes that isn't even enough (that is the capacity to complete 100 3x10 foot banners per hour)

2) Why do you only accept LZW-compressed TIF files?

As a company with many years of large format digital experience, we did not think that designer and graphic professionals who understand file formats should pay the same price for banners as an inexperienced client who bring us files requiring significant time in the prepress process. In that sense, file submitted with our proven guidelines are processed much faster with fewer errors. Our online business is geared toward designers, art directors, ad agencies, and other graphics professionals looking for a reliable, quality source for professional banners at a very competitive cost. To offer the highest quality banners at the lowest prices, we only accept lzw-compressed .tif files at full size. Please see our "artwork requirements" document to set up your files if you are unfamiliar with the format. We offer these low prices for top-quality banners because the majority of the prepress process is completed by you, the customer. You should not have to pay the same price when we do not have to prepress your files completely.

We are professionals and we have produced hundreds of thousands of banners for major events around the country, including the Super Bowl, many college bowl games, and other major events. Rest-assured, we are not like many of the sole proprietor banner sites you see on the internet who work from their garages.

LZW-compressed CMYK TIFF is a lossless format (unlike Jpeg files) that produce an accurate, color-correct banner. Accepting these files keeps our prepress time and costs to a minimum, while producing high quality banners.

3) Do I need to add bleed to my files?

No bleed is necessary when creating your files. Please send files at exact size.

4) How long does it take to get my banners?

Our standard turn-around time is 3 days in-house. While most banners get produced during the first 24 hours after artwork approval, occasionally we get quite busy, depending on our current job flow.

5) Are hems and grommets included in the cost of the banner?

All pricing includes standard hem and aluminum grommets. Standard grommets are every 24 to 36 inches. We can accommodate special finishing upon request.

6) How are you banners shipped?

All orders are shipped at actual cost via Fedex, UPS, or ONTrac (West coast only). Banner orders with the small dimension 60" or less are rolled and boxed. Larger banner orders are professionally folded and boxed.

7) What other products do you offer?

We offer all digital imaging products: signs, banners, flatbed prints, decals, etc. While this XObanners caters to low-cost, high-quality banners, other products we offer are more complex in nature, and therefore, require a more consultative sales process to make sure our clients order the correct product for their application.

8) What discounts do you offer on multiple copies of the same banner?

Typically, we offer 10% discount on orders of 2-5 of the same file, and a 20% discount on 6 or more banners of the same file.

9) What kind of finishing do you offer?

Our standard finishing is hem and grommets.

10) What if I want banners shipped to multiple addresses?

We can handle shipping to multiple addresses, within reason, however we do not offer fulfillment services.

11) Can I get my banner overnight?

Sure it is possible, however we charge for a premium for next day rush work, as we have to rearrange the schedule and push your request to the front of the line.

12) Will XoBanners.com design my artwork?

Yes. If you need a vinyl banner designed, simply call us directly to discuss you needs and we’ll be happy to assist you.

13) Do you create artwork?

While we can produce artwork, XObanners.com is strictly a banner producer and we focus on producing top quality banners and images, however we have multiple designer references we can offer you.
